Road sealing and coating for Phase 1 begins today!

From September 21^st through September 29^th there will be three (3) phases of crack sealing and seal coating of all of the Beachwalk roads.  Below is a color diagram showing the three (3) phases.  

PHASE 1:  SEPTEMBER 21^ST & 22^ND 

Everything in ORANGE (Beachwalk Lane) will be done. 

During this phase the back entrance and back parking lot will be closed to all traffic.  The front parking lot by the tennis courts will be open.  The front entrance entering the property will only be open on the RIGHT-side lane up to Power Lane.  Power Lane will give you access to the other roads.  The one-way street at Childers Lane and Thomas Lane will be open to 2-way traffic for these two days as well.

Owners, check to see which phase may impact you going to and from your property.  The day before your phase begins, it is very important to make sure your sprinklers are shut off and your cars are moved to another location for your phases 2 days as you won’t be able to leave if you park on the roadway in front of your home.  No cars will be allowed to park on the roadways in front of your homes during your phase. 

Six (6) hours after each application you will be able to walk on the areas that were sealed. 

If it rains at all, this will push things back a day.  Will keep you posted on this.
